Payment Information
Real Estate:
- 2024 Real Estate first half is due November 1, 2023.
- 2024 Real Estate second half is due May 1, 2024.
Utilities:
- All Utility payments are due on the 22nd of each month.
- Any payment received after the 22nd will be credited on the next Utility statement.
Pay Online:
Notice:
- If a payment is returned for insufficient funds, you will be notified electronically by Unibank of the return. You will be charged a $25.00 fee by the Town of Russell for this transaction.
- Starting March 10, 2021 there will be a .50 bank fee per transaction.
